Introducing Women's Soccer Commit, Jenna Jones

Introducing Women's Soccer Commit, Jenna Jones

VTSU Johnson Athletics welcome Jenna Jones as she commits to joining the women's soccer program next fall. The Medicine Hat, Alberta native played an instrumental role as striker for the Okotoks United Soccer Club, where they won the 2023 Tier 1 Provincial Championships.

Says Coach Norm Peterson, "Jenna is someone we have been talking to for a long time.  She has always been prepared for conversations and has shown emotional maturity, consideration and kindness that will serve her well here and in her life after college.  She is also a talented attacking player who works hard on and off the ball.  I know she is going to be a great teammate and a huge addition on the field in her four years here.  Want to thank her and her parents for choosing Johnson.  We are really excite to working with her this fall and beyond."

Welcome to Johnson, Jenna! Go Badgers!
