The VTSU Johnson Women's Soccer team announces the addition of goalie, Riley Bailey, to the roster for the Badgers' 2025-26 season. Bailey, hailing from Wytheville, VA, was recognized as a First Team All-District and Honorable Mention athlete during her time leading the George Wythe HS Maroons as team captain. There, a forcefield between the posts, Bailey was a major contributor to the team success of the Maroons, leading them to back-to-back conference second place team awards, with a final senior campaign set for this spring. While representing the Johnson Badgers off the field, Bailey plans to major in Wildlife and Forest Conservation.

"Riley Bailey is a tall, athletic keeper, a great teammate and competitor. Riley visited us in October of 2024 and got to spend time with the team and was a great fit for our program and campus.
