Badgers edged by Lyndon 5-4 to end season

LYNDON CENTER, Vt. - Johnson women's tennis saw their season come to an end with a hard-faught 5-4 loss at Lyndon State College on Wednesday.  The Badgers needed the win to potentially qualify for the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) playoffs but instead see their season end.  JSC finishes 1-12 overall, 1-8 NAC.

Johnson was able to take two of three doubles matches for the early lead but Lyndon secured wins at the top three singles flights to key the victory.

The Badgers will bid farewell to a trio of fine seniors in Emily Miller (Tucson, Ari./Ironwood Ridge), Catlyn Hughes (Canterbury, Conn./Griswold), and Ace Morrison-Taylor (Colden, N.Y./East Aurora).
