Lyndon improved to 3-5 overall and evened its North Atlantic Conference record at 2-2 with a hard-fought 5-4 match victory over arch-rival Johnson State on the Badger's home courts. Johnson slipped to 2-10 overall and 1-4 in the conference.
The No. doubles team of Nichole Jones and Christina Boyce defeated Johnson's Annette Kaminski and Kali Covell 8-4 before the Hornet tandem of Carina Alden and Alexandria Maynard topped Nicole Monick and Michelle Mainus 8-2.
The Badgers earned their first win of the day in third doubles as Eden Towers and Ashley Fogg bested Alexa Richard and Stephanie Burke 8-4.

However, Jones responded with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Covell in the third flight and Alden defeated Towers 6-3, 6-1 in fourth singles to give the Hornets a slim advantage heading into the final two matches of the competition.
Richard beat Monick 6-1, 6-2 to seal the Lyndon victory and Fogg got by Burke 6-1, 6-1 in the sixth flight to make the final match score 5-4.
