NVU-Johnson women's tennis team traveled to Castleton University this afternoon.  The Badgers came out ready to compete this afternoon and it showed.  While the Spartans were able to take a 7-2 team victory, the Badgers came away with two impressive wins in the #2 and #3 singles for Rebecca Simon and Kayla Knight.  Both Badger Women's held on to earn the singles victory during intensely played matches.

The #4 singles of Matea Smith went point for point against her Spartan counter part in the first set, but dropping the second and deciding set.  

In doubles action the Badgers came within break points in winning both the #1 and #2 doubles.
