In her first ever triathlon meet for the NVU-Johnson Badger Victoria (Tori) Schoonmaker finishing 23 of out 37 verse all other NCAA college competitors. When compared to other NCAA Division III institutions Tori finished 8 of 16 competitors. Tori was competing in the Collegiate Women's Division against Dartmouth University, American International College, US Coast Guard Academy and Uconn. Tori's finish was extremely impressive given the level of her competition and considering this was her inaugural race. Over the 3 portions of the event, run, bike, swim, Tori's best event was the open water swim. During this portion of the race Schoonmaker was 6 out of 37 collegiate competitors and 24 out of 341 verses the entire field.
