BROOKLINE, Mass. - The Badgers second match of the Newbury College Tournament, the opponent Lasell College was too much as the Lasers defeated JSC 3-0 (25-12, 25-5, 25-12).  Johnson slips to 0-3, 0-0 North Atlantic Conference.

Johnson's Jessice Pafumi (Monson, Mass./Monson) notched seven digs and a kill while teammate Molly Grover (Cumberland, Maine/Cheverus) recorded four digs, a kill, and a service ace.

The Badgers will face off against both the host Newbury College as well as Sage College on Saturday to wrap up the event.
