The Johnson State College women's volleyball picked up its second and third wins of the season after downing Paul Smith's College and St. Joseph's (Vt.) 3-0 and 3-0 respectively. The sweep sees the Badgers improve to 3-5 on the year.

In the Badgers' first match of the day, Johnson used consistency and power to blank the Bobcats. Johnson State was led by junior outside hitter Breanna Laughlin with eight kills and seven service aces.

The hosts took their second win of the day downing Johnson State the Fighting Saints. Laughlin and Andrea Williams led the offense, each posting seven kills. Laughlin posted eight service aces.
The Badgers will travel to Lyndon for a mid-week match on Wednesday at 6:00pm.
