STANDISH, Maine - Johnson women's cross country ran to a 7th place team finish with a score of 174 at the Runnin' Monks Invitational hosted by St. Joseph's College of Maine in Standish.
The host Monks won the event with a score of 62 while the University of Maine-Farmington came in second with a 67 and Emerson College was third with 74.
In a time of 21:20, SJC's Heather Eaton was the individual winner edging Emerson Ali Dokus by 12 seconds. Kayla Legassie of the University of Maine-Preque Isle was third with a time of 21:46.
Johnson's Jill Porter (Springvale, Maine/Sanford) came in 11th place to pace the Badgers with a time of 23:07.
