MBB end the weekend with an impressive win vs Vermont Tech

The Badgers quickly wanted to put the sting of their 72 to 66 lost to Castleton on Friday and regain momentum vs Vermont Tech. The Badgers jumped out to a 32 to 6 leader on Vermont Tech and cruised to a 89 to 62 victory. This where the teams 2nd match up with Vermont Tech this season. The Badgers  defensive efforts held Vermont Tech to 30.3 FG%, along with holding Vermont Tech to 4-21 from the 3 point line. Vermont Tech struggled from the free throw line, shooting 12-22.

The Badgers where led by Raymond Baka with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 2 block in 17 minutes.  Maleek View with a 10 point night along with David Jordan scoring 11 points off the bench. Badgers veteran Malik Moore went 3-4 from the 3 points line.

The Badgers return to action at home on Tuesday against NCAA Division III Nationally Ranked 14 in preseason polls Middlebury College.
