Today our men's Badgers basketball team faced SUNY Poly at home. In the first half SUNY Poly outscored the Badgers 30-22. But our Badgers weren't going to give up as they tried to come back and were able to outscore SUNY Poly in the second half 30-24. But they just came up short again it came down to another buzzer beater. Yeskin Walker Williams went for the three to win the game but it bounced out and Baka went up and got the rebound and tried to tie it and send it into overtime by receiving a foul call however no call came in the game came to an end. The final score was SUNY Poly just beating out our Badgers 54-52.
There was only one Badger who scored in the double digits this game and it was Maleek View with 20 points.
This puts their record at 8-11 and their conference record at 3-6.
They play again tomorrow saturday 1/28/23 at 3 PM against Cazenovia in another conference match up come support your Badgers.
