The VTSU Badgers men's basketball team won a hard fought contest against Cobleskill Friday evening, leaving them tied with Delhi in a battle for the top spot in the NAC West Division. The Badgers trailed at halftime 33-30, but started the 2nd half with a 11-2 run and never trailed for the remainder of the game. Jason Baker led the Badgers with 27 points, seven rebounds, and two blocks. Senior Raymond Baka contributed 20 points and 10 rebounds. Mohammed Semega led the defense with 14 rebounds, four blocks, and set the tone with his stingy man-to-man defense.

The Badgers return to action tomorrow for a 3 pm contest at Delhi.
